Return Eligibility

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact us at support@nmkonline.com within 7 days.
2. Provide order details and photos (if required).
3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection. Shipping fees are non-refundable except for damaged/defective items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if defective or damaged upon arrival.

International Orders

Shipping fees, duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless defective/damaged.
