About Vazhaithandu(Banana Tree Stem):-

The Banana stem or the vertical straight part of a banana plant, which actually supports the entire plant, is considered as a flower stalk, in botany. The entire stem is in the form of layers, one below the other, just like in a cabbage. The outer layer is usually discarded and the rest of the stem is used for consumption. It is full of dietary fibers. The fibers help in reducing fat, unlike those fibers which lower cholesterol.

How to consume Vazhaithandu(Banana Tree Stem)Internally:-

  1.  Morning - Mix 5 gms of powder in 100 ml water, Boil the content for a few minutes. once the water gets warm, filter the content and drink it before food. Repeat the same for Evening Dosage after dinner.
  2. You can take this as a juice daily and there is no limit on the quantity too. So, have it whenever you feel a need of it and get rid of your obesity and kidney stones.
  3. Take a cup of buttermilk; soak the banana stem in it and leave it overnight in a refrigerator. When you woke up the next day, add a pinch of cinnamon and 1/2 teaspoon of sugar to the cup. Use a blender to make a thick shake used for Bowel Movement and Managing Weight.
